INTEGRITETSPOLICY

We do not ask for and cannot store your weight, your body fat, your body measurements, your training goals, your injury history or any health information. There are no fields for them anywhere on this site and no columns for them in our database.

Sweat Grade asks three things: how wet the garment is when you finish, how often you train, and what you train. Those answers stay in your browser while you use the tool. If they reach us at all they are kept for six months at most, they are never used to build a profile of you, and they are never used for targeted advertising. They are not linked to health data because we do not hold any.

• —Our payment processor, to take the payment. They receive what they need for the transaction; we never receive your full card number.
• —The carrier delivering your parcel, to deliver it.
• —Our hosting and email providers, as processors bound by contract.
• —Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. Where a processor is outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Consent to marketing is asked for separately from the consent needed to process your order, with its own checkbox, unticked by default. Saying no to marketing has no effect on the order. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link that works in one click.

• —Access: a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• —Rectification: correction of anything wrong.
• —Erasure: deletion, except where bookkeeping law requires us to keep order records.
• —Restriction and objection: including objecting to processing based on legitimate interest.
• —Portability: your data in a machine-readable format.
• —Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting what was lawful before.

If you think we are handling your personal data incorrectly, you have the right to complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm, imy.se. You can complain to them whether or not you have raised it with us first.

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Between 13 and 17, a parent or guardian needs to consent to a purchase.

The site is served over HTTPS. Card data is handled entirely inside our payment processor’s environment and never touches our servers. What is stored in your browser is set out on the cookie page.
